True 2-Way Inbox & CRM Confirmation
Websites fail in the dark: email credentials lapse, SMTP relays reject unauthenticated senders, and Zapier tasks run out of credits. In all these cases, the front-end displays "Thank you!" while the lead disappears forever.
PathPinged solves this by querying the destination inbox or CRM endpoint to confirm that the lead was received within your configured verification window.
Honest 4-Outcome Status Triage
Monitoring tools that shout "CRITICAL OUTAGE!" every time an email server has a 10-second queue delay destroy operator sanity. PathPinged enforces an honest, deterministic state machine:
PASSED
Browser form submitted cleanly with HTTP 200, AND the trace token was verified in the target mailbox within the lookup window.
UNKNOWN (Review Required)
The browser submitted the form, but the token was NOT confirmed in the destination inbox within the window. We never claim a lead was lost when network delays may be at play.
FAILED
The browser encountered an explicit error: JavaScript exception, missing form fields, HTTP 500 error, or broken submission endpoint.
PARTIAL
The front-end form was validated and submitted, but destination mailbox access was disabled or unconfigured for this journey.
